It also has a foosball game, air hockey and a big flat screen TV. There is a bathroom with a shower and a stocked laundry room with washer and dryer. There are double doors which open to a porch, complete with chairs and tables, running the width of the house overlooking Lake Barkley. The main level of Sunset Cottage contains a full kitchen (which is fully equipped), The living room has 2 couches and cable TV. The floor plan is open from the kitchen to the living and dining room area. There are french door which lead out to an open porch with chairs and a charcoal barbeque. This is a great vantage point to enjoy the “million dollar view”. From the dining area french doors lead to an enclosed porch containing a futon couch, which turns into a bed there is also a table and 4 chairs. The room is enclosed on 3 sides with glass and overlooks Lake Barkley. There is a half bath off the main hallway. The upper level has two bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed, dresser and TV, while the other has 2 twin beds, dresser and TV. There is also a separate bath and a heat/air conditioning control for the entire floor. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset while you are sitting on the porch with a warm cup of coffee. You can also play in the lake or lounge on the rocks.
